Where God Moves & Healing Begins
Longdog Yoga & Wellness started when our founder moved back to her small hometown and missed two things: Starbucks coffee and yoga. A local chiropractor needed a yoga element for her patients — and from that partnership, the studio was born.
We are unapologetically faith-based. We often say, God owns it — we just work here. Every decision is prayed over. Every class is an opportunity for God to move. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you have a place here.
