Born from a hometown, built by God
It started simply — moving back to a small town and missing two things: Starbucks coffee and yoga. But God had bigger plans. When a classmate, Dr. Hill, returned home to open her chiropractic clinic, she needed a yoga element for her patients. One conversation changed everything.

Longdog Yoga & Wellness was born — not from a business plan, but from a God-led partnership. The journey of this place is so full of God moments that we have no doubt He created us for this place and created this place for those He wants to cultivate.
We don’t just teach poses. We educate. As you move through each class, you’ll hear about what your body is doing and why God designed it to work that way. Our hope is that you leave not just more flexible — but more connected to the Creator who made you.

After years of therapy and prescription after prescription — masking symptoms instead of healing them — she went searching for something deeper. That search led through holistic medicine, trauma responses, attachment theory, and faith-based practices. What she found changed her life.

Working with women in the medical field, she saw it again and again — hormonal disruptions, autoimmune issues, skin conditions — traced back to everyday products sitting on their shelves. Toxins hiding in plain sight.
Years of studying the women’s body and understanding harmful chemicals revealed a major cause behind hormonal disruptions, cancers, and autoimmune diseases. That realization sparked a mission: give women clean, effective skincare with no harsh chemicals, no fillers, no compromise.
